Coach Jen Maracle brings years of hands-on experience and a deep love for the game of volleyball. Over the years, she has learned that building a successful team goes beyond skill – it starts with trust, respect, and a strong sense of belonging. Her personal coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a positive, inclusive environment where athletes feel empowered to grow, challenge themselves, and support one another.
“When players feel seen and valued, they play with heart – and that’s when the real magic happens,” said Maracle on her approach to coaching young athletes. Her goal is to help shape a team culture built on connection, accountability, and pride, and recruiting athletes who share those same values.
